Individual Tattoo Needle Cartridge Packaging- Spacedragon Tattoo Cartridge Needle Sealing Process

Individual Protection: Our Sterile Packaging Standard

Safety begins long before a tattoo needle reaches the artist. It starts at the final, critical stage in our factory: individual sterile barrier packaging.

In the video above, you can see our automated system packaging each tattoo needle individually. This guarantees that every single needle remains sterile until the moment the sealed package is opened.

The Individual Sealing Process: Step-by-Step

Our system is designed for precision and consistency:

  1. Automatic Feeding: Sterilized tattoo needles are automatically fed onto the packaging line.

  2. Paper & Blister Alignment: Each needle is placed into a custom plastic blister. A sheet of medical-grade dialysis paper is positioned above it.

  3. Heat Sealing: The assembly moves under a heat sealer. The machine applies exact temperature and pressure to fuse the plastic rim to the dialysis paper, creating a complete seal around each individual needle.

  4. Final Product: The result is a strong, peelable individual pouch that is easy for artists to open, yet secure enough to maintain sterility for years.

Why We Use Dialysis Paper for Individual Wrapping

Using individual pouches with dialysis paper is the professional standard for a reason. This specialized material is essential for maintaining sterility because it is:

  • A Certified Bacterial Barrier: It blocks microorganisms from contaminating the needle inside.

  • Breathable: Its pores allow sterilization gas to penetrate the package during factory sterilization, ensuring the needle inside is completely sterile.

  • Strong and Peelable: The seal is durable for shipping but designed for a clean, easy peel-open.

This individual packaging process is our commitment to your safety and art. It ensures that every tattoo needle you use is protected, sterile, and ready for its best performance.
